At Carlinalashes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if for any reason you are not, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, lashes that have been removed from their original packaging or worn cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused lashes in their original packaging and ensure they are securely stored in a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our processing warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
